KLAIRE ALLYSE!!

Here are photos of our GORGEOUS baby girl. She was born Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 1:59 p.m. She weighed 8lbs and was 20 inches long.
She is beyond precious.
Only a few hours old.

We at first thought her hair was red. Her Daddy texted me from the delivery room and told me it was red, but later we realized it just looked red due to the lights in the room and how red she was. Today we saw that it's really a blonde color. And who knows what it will turn out to be later. I predict her eyes will be blue, but we'll see.

They will come home tomorrow and then we can really start having fun!!

I will apologize now for the many posts that will be filled with her pics. You know how we grandparents are when we get a new baby!!

It's Time!

Wednesday evening, April 17th

I unexpectedly find myself a little teary right now. My sweet son and his beautiful wife are on their way to the hospital to start the inducing process.
I'm so excited I can barely sit still, but the husband and I won't go until early tomorrow morning. Unless....they call and tell us to get ourselves up there pronto.

I can't believe it's time to meet our little Klaire. As soon as the dust clears and everything has settled down, you can be sure I will post photos!! In the meantime, we as a family covet your prayers for a safe and uneventful delivery. We already know that Klaire will be perfect because God doesn't make mistakes. Ever.

To be continued................................

It's Getting Mighty Close!

We anxiously await the arrival of little Miss Klaire...
Isn't she just beautiful?!!!

And no one more anxiously than her Mommy and Daddy. If she hasn't made an appearance by Wednesday the 17th, Mommy will go into the hospital, and the doc will help things along. I'm beginning to really get excited here.

Peace Abides

After my wailing and gnashing of teeth this week, I have finally calmed down and am at peace. About facebook anyway.

We still await the arrival of little Klaire. She will be here any day now according to the doctor. Woo Hoo!!

A Big Decision

I posted  on my other blog about a big decision I made this week. After much prayer and gnashing of teeth, I created a facebook page for all my creations. I was scared. to. death. I do NOT like being the center of attention. I do NOT like putting myself out there. But God gave me a way to do this with no pressure.

So, I went live with Seams to B Creations yesterday. LeLe helped me make a header and gave me a pep talk. My friends Janice and Y encouraged me. And I stepped out on faith that God would eventually give me a peace about it all.
I'm a nervous wreck this morning. It's so crazy to feel this way, but it is who I am. With time, I will relax...I hope. *grin*

When I was much much younger, I wanted to have my own shop. I wanted to sell flowers and gifts and hand made items. I never was able to do that, so in my middle age, I have been able to do something similar. I am so thankful for social media! I know it can be a big headache at times, but it has allowed so many to put their wares out there and make a little spending money.
I have no plans to do etsy. And no plans to make the page totally for sales. I can keep up with my things easier than hunting on my computer for them. It's too late to try to organize so many photos on my system.

So, I just ask that you all pray for me. I don't pray for sales, that's not really the point. I pray for peace about it, I pray that I can enjoy it, and I pray that others will be blessed by it. That might friends, is what it's all about.
