Things are good here at the B Hive. I have a birthday girl on the 30th. She will be...uh thirty something.
Her unbelievable son is growing by leaps and bounds. He is not walking yet, but he's doing other personal little things we won't mention here, much MUCH earlier than most children. He got his first hair cut last Wednesday.

Admiring his new "do" with the hairdresser. Who, by the way, did a fantastic job!
As for me, I'm still working on my quest to lose another 10 pounds before my son's wedding. I'm getting there, but it's slow going. Contrary to popular belief and commercials, there is no magic pill. Hard work is what it takes, and consistency. Ugh.
I've been looking online for dresses, and won't begin shopping for real for another week or so. Don't want to cut it too close, since the wedding is on April 23rd. When I find my dress, I'll be sure to give you a look see. Shoes are another issue. Why oh why do all the really cute ones have to have 4 or 5 inch heels? Can anyone tell me that?!! I can't stand at a wedding on those things. I'll be hard pressed to find something I like, that is low enough heeled, but not grandma looking. Wish me luck!

i love his haircut :-)
Slow and consistent? UGH! I hate those words. That's probably why I still have 20+ to lose.
Love LMW's haircut. Such a cutie patootie. Happy Birthday to Lele!
Good luck finding your dress. I feel your pain in the shoe department, literally and figuratively! I hate high heels. I'm an E/R visit looking for a place to happen in heels. I'm way to klutzy. Can't wait to see what ya find.
My baby did that stuff way early too. I thought he would get over it. Nope. He's now 16 months, been at it a year. I have to put his diapers on him backwards or on the bad days put him in a one-sy. MEN!!
