The Lord's Handiwork


I just had to share these photos of the beautiful tree in our yard, and the wonderful butterfly I happened upon while I had my camera in my hand.

    Wow! Those are beautiful. I noticed the tree last night but that butterfly...that's a real bonus.

    I made one of the butterfly pics my desktop wallpaper. Dad thought I was joking when I told him I took it. I don't have any intention of getting into photography, but I have to admit, I was proud of myself.

    I love the colors of fall and that butterfly is amazing. Great photos!
    You should send that butterfly into the Bedford Camera nature photo contest hosted by KTHV. The info is on KTHV's website and you can win up to $1000.

    I went to the website but the contest is over. And after seeing the winners, I'm really glad I was too late to enter. They were so crisp and clear. Thanks for the kudos though.

    Hey B..look again because I think its on the right hand side of their website home page under "Contests". I saw it on there this morning...its until April 2008.
